How do I book rehearsal space?

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved time will result in a charge of half the reserved time's cost.

Can I rent additional equipment?

Absolutely! We offer rentals for cymbals, pedals, instruments, and more. Additional equipment is available for a small fee of $5.00 per session.

What equipment is included in the rehearsal space rental?

Each space comes equipped with a PA system, drum kit, and one microphone with stand. If you require additional equipment, please let us know when booking.

What are the sizes of the rehearsal spaces?

Our studios vary in size to accommodate different group sizes, from solo artists to bands of 10 or more. Specific dimensions and capacities are listed on our website for each studio.

How do I know which studio is right for my needs?

Descriptions of each studio's size and suitability for different group sizes are available on our website. If you're unsure, please contact us with details about your group and needs, and we'll recommend the perfect space for you.

Do we get load time included before and after our session?

No, your booking time includes load in and load out. We are often booked back-to-back so as a courtesy to everyone we recommend you add time to the start and end of your needed rehearsal time.

Is there parking available at the facility?

Yes, we have limited parking available in our own lot. Overflow parking is available across the street at the church parking lot.

Can I visit the studios before booking?

We welcome visits and tours by appointment or during open hours. If there is a specific space you want to see, please call ahead to ensure that space isn't booked at the time you'd like you see it.
